Mold Remediation
In addition to mold being inside of ductwork, it can also be on walls, in basements, or wherever there is water intrusion. We quarantine the whole area to assess the mold damage. This might involve taking ceilings and walls down to find the source of the water.
Once we identify the source, our crew repairs the cause and can remediate the mold situation, put in containment to keep it from going into other rooms, put in air scrubbers to contain airborne particles, or put up new drywall or 2x4 wood. We also apply a mold inhibitor and fog the entire area to be sure no mold spores exhaust.
Our team also handles water and fire damage remediation if there is water in the basement. Fire and water or rain all cause mold.
